SITUATION

In 2020, our client underwent a major transformation following a strategic acquisition and subsequent mergers. Having a focus on quality manufacturing and sustainability, the company aimed to redefine its commercial strategy to sustain competitiveness and increase market share. 

 
SOLUTION

Guided Solutions was enlisted to attract top sales and marketing talent, aligning with company's ambitious growth targets and sustainability ethos. Senior-level executives were tasked with influencing strategic vision, while subsequent roles were filled with candidates unaware of the client's portfolio.

IMPACT

We facilitated our client's commercial expansion by filling 14 key roles, including Group Commercial Director, B2B Business Unit Director, and various managerial and executive positions. The team-building was completed in 5 months, with individual placements averaging 6-8 weeks from briefing to placement. 

 
SITUATION

In 2019, our client acquired a regenerative medicine company. This necessitated a strategic team-building initiative across Europe, beginning with the appointment of a General Manager Europe. Following our successful initial placement, Guided Solution further assisted in expanding the company's commercial footprint throughout Europe.

SOLUTION

The company aimed to source the fastest-moving high-achieving sales talent in a stagnant market after the pandemic. Our first assignment required sourcing an experienced start-up-driven individual to build their European entity, while follow-up roles necessitated an efficient search of candidates with limited company awareness.

IMPACT

Guided Solutions enabled the company’s European expansion by filling in 8 roles including General Manager Europe, Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager, five Key Account Manager roles and other supporting roles. The team build was completed in two years, with assignments an average of 10-12 weeks from job briefing to placement. 

SITUATION

An orthopedic implants developer aimed to commercialise their product following FDA approval and clinical trials. The company acknowledged the need for a Board member possessing commercial insight and regional acumen. Impressed by the candidate quality, Guided Solutions was tasked with a mandate for an additional Board member.

The search necessitated a nuanced approach that considers both professional capabilities and ability to contribute effectively within the specific team context. We sifted through a large pool of candidates linked to the extensive job requirements, requiring us to identify executives with the necessary experience across a wide geographical area.

We complemented the client’s Board by adding two experienced MedTech professionals including Chairman of the Board and Board Member. The hiring process from initial consultation to contract signing was completed over the span of 4 months for both roles. This resulted in a productive relationship, which continues to thrive.
